This video was taken by a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) at a depth of 3753 feet in the Indian Ocean, close to a drill wellhead. An unusual figure was spotted strolling across a bridge overnight in the Jharkhand region of eastern India. The “alien” figure was reportedly seen descending the Chadwa Dam Bridge in the dark.
