‘Thor’s character has become soft’: Fans Convinced Chris Hemsworth’s Character Dies in Secret Wars After Jonathan Majors Hints a Kang vs. Thor Fight

Fans Convinced Chris Hemsworth’s Character Dies in Secret Wars After Jonathan Majors Hints a Kang vs. Thor Fight

It is unfortunately the time for the original Avengers to give up their mantle and make way for the newer generation. And the case seems to be true for Chris Hemsworth’s character of Thor. Teasing a potential fight scene, Jonathan Majors wants to see Kang the Conqueror fight Thor.

With the news of Chris Hemsworth retiring from the MCU, it could indeed be brutal and yet true to assume that Thor might end up losing the match.

Chris Hemsworth’s Thor May Lose Against Kang in Avengers: Secret Wars

Hemsworth has been one of the OG characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since its inception with Thor, back in 2011. The Extraction actor however was recently made privy to the fact that he has the APOE4 gene which may increase his chance of gaining Alzheimer’s disease.

With the updated information, it was expected of the 12 Strong actor to take a break from acting for a short while. His prominent role in the MCU must somehow come to an eventual end which became the primary reason for the death of Chris Hemsworth’s character of Thor.

Jonathan Majors, who recently portrayed the character of Kang in Loki, and will be next seen in the upcoming MCU movie Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantamania, reportedly teased a fight between Thor and Kang. Stating that he is “not afraid of Chris Hemsworth”, Jonathan Majors taunted the Men in Black: International actor for an epic battle.

Many people stated that Chris Hemsworth’s portrayal of Thor was getting weaker and weaker and that they should simply end the fight with Thor being defeated.

With the oncoming risk of Alzheimer’s disease, Chris Hemsworth deserves a break from acting. The alleged death of Thor could potentially make way for the newer generation of Avengers to… avenge.

Thor Got Silly Because of Taika WaititiTaika Waititi made Chris Hemsworth's Thor silly.

Although Thor: Ragnarok found success in taking a different (and comical) approach to the character of Thor, Taika Waititi took it a step too far. Ragnarok had its haters but the line between brilliancy and foolishness was drawn with the release of Thor: Love and Thunder.

Taika Waititi made a complete mess of the character of Thor when the 2022 movie premiered. Although the movie could have had a gripping storyline, the character of Christian Bale’s Gorr the God Butcher was portrayed beautifully.

Although unconfirmed, there is a highly likely chance that the character of Thor portrayed by Chris Hemsworth would eventually pass away after heavy fighting with Kang the Conqueror.
