Vin Diesel and Ludacris managed to have a catch up with Tom Cruise at the Miami Grand Prix, leaving us all desperate for a Fast and Furious cameo.
A string of stars jetted out for the Formula One on Sunday, including Emily Ratajkowski, Shakira and LL Cool J – who was tasked with introducing the drivers onto the track.
During the race, which was won by Red Bull driver Max Verstappen, the Fast X favorites couldn’t’ help but pose with the Top Gun actor as they hobnobbed in the stands.
Taking to Instagram, Vin gave us a glimpse of the epic moment, alongside the caption: ‘Maverick meets Toretto….’
Fans were sent into a spin over the upload, calling for Tom to join the upcoming action sequel.
‘Tom Cruise in a Fast in The Furious would be great,’ one commented.
‘If Tom Cruise joins one of the upcoming episodes… then that’ll be too crazy. I’M WATCHING,’ a follower agreed.
An Instagram user questioned: ‘Tom Cruise in #FASTX pt. 2?’
‘Fast and Furious meets Mission Impossible. Something interesting could come about,’ a fan predicted.

A commenter replied: ‘How dope would it have been to have him show up in a jet.’
As another suggested for Vin and co to appear in Tom’s next franchise, adding: ‘Mission Impossible 8: It’s All About Family.’
It might be a little too late for Tom to join the family in Fast X, which is set to be released on May 19, but all eyes will be firmly on an Ethan Hawke crossover in the 11th flick.
The upcoming sequel is already packed with famous faces, as Jason Momoa, Rita Moreno and Brie Larson have joined the core crew, as well as Love Island star Olivia Hawkins.
Vin previously revealed who he would love to see join in the fun for the final outing, instantly naming Robert Downey Jr.
It seems as though he has been hoping for this for a while as he already had the Iron Man star’s character mapped out, telling Variety: ‘There’s a character who is the antithesis of Dom, who’s promoting AI and driverless cars and a philosophy that with that goes your freedom.
‘There is somebody that believes that’s the future, and that’s at direct odds with the Toretto mentality.’
