‘I was blown away he trusted me with something so big. And yeah, I was worried if he was going to like it or not,’ she said.
We spoke in January about me creating a painting of him. At that point, the movie was coming out in July, but then he hit me up again and said the movie has been pushed back [to October 12] and that we have time.’
That wasn’t the only surprise he had for her.

Danielle believed she would drop the painting off to Dwayne in the U.S ahead of his appearance on the black carpet of the world premiere of Black Adam.
Plans changed when the WWE wrestler sent her an early morning message asking her to deliver it to him and unveil it on the carpet.
‘I have a big idea. I’m thinking you present this to me on the black carpet at our world premiere in New York… It’s a massive moment we can create together. What do you think…’ his message read.

‘He told me to get my a*s up because he had an idea,’ Danielle told news.com.au. ‘At that point I didn’t have a painting, flights booked or a dress. But I work best under pressure.’
She went on to say the painting, which should have taken a couple months, was completed in just six days and she didn’t complete it until the night before her 7am flight to America.
In a viral clip Danielle posted to her socials, the life-size picture was seen covered in a black silk sheet on the black carpet during the premiere in Times Square.
‘I was blown away he trusted me with something so big. And yeah, I was worried if he was going to like it or not,’ she said. But that wasn’t the only surprise he had for her.
Dwayne gathered a crowd and said: ‘I asked Danielle if she would be so gracious as to honour us with a special piece. I wanted her to present it to me and our Black Adam team.’
He then prompted everyone to count down from three before pulling the sheet off and looking on the piece in amazement.
He could only say an emotional, ‘Amazing,’ before hugging Danielle with a gracious, ‘Thank you so much.’
