She’s posed for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, rocked some serious Tom Ford Sunglasses alongside Patrick Schwarzenegger for their new campaign and now David Foster’s stepdaughter Gigi Hadid is gracing the 2015 edition of the Pirelli Calendar, shot by famed photographer Steven Meisel.

“The Pirelli Calendar, to me, is honestly something that I never thought I would be a part of, ever. It’s such a dream come true and I think it’s crazy because when you come into the fashion industry the Pirelli Calendar is here (raises arm high) and I’m over here (puts hand over to the left). You never think they are going to come together. So to get a call like the one that I got was really surreal to me.”;

For the 19-year-old, since breaking into the fashion industry, more and more high fashion brands are approaching her for huge projects. Now with Pirelli under her belt, who knows what the future holds, as the calendar has skyrocketed the careers of Miranda Kerr, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Cindy Crawford, and Heidi Klum. “The people that have already been a part of it have made it what it is. It’s really legendary and I am so excited to be a part of it.”;

This year Pirelli went with a very sexy and chic pin-up vibe with Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima, Joan Smalls and Candice Huffine, who becomes the first “plus-size model’ to be featured in the calendar. As for Gigi’s shoot, she got to have fun channeling Michelle Pfeiffer and Anne Hathaway.”;When I saw it I first thought of Catwoman. A sexy heroine-type thing, that’s kinda the vibe I got. And that was definitely the role I was trying to play, to push through the imageof a boss hero. I was wearing latex shorts and a body plate that’s really sexy but not revealing too much.”;
