The Chelsea men’s team have just the one game this week as Brentford make the short trip across west London on Wednesday night, and Frank Lampard and his coaching staff put our players through another rigorous training session on Monday to fully prepare for the match.
Brentford have lost six of their eight away games against Chelsea in all competitions and come to Stamford Bridge without a win in six in the Premier League.
N’Golo Kante and Raheem Sterling, both suffering injuries this season, were out on the grass at our Surrey training base.
Armando Broja remains a long-term absentee and was absent from the session, however forwards Joao Felix, Christian Pulisic, Noni Madueke, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and David Fofana did participate.
