Films are getting ever longer, and Martin Scorsese’s newest project is also going to be a beast.
Called Killers of the Flower Moon, it’s another opus that will have you second guessing over whether to buy a big drink or not.
It stars some huge names, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Brendan Fraser, Robert De Niro, Jesse Plemons, and Lily Gladstone.
It is due for release later on this year.
The film is set to be Scorsese’s second longest movie.
According to Showbiz411, sources say Flower Moon will last a huge three hours, twenty minutes.
Fans have previously complained about how long the latest Avatar film was.
Scorsese is reportedly in discussions back and forth with Cannes Film Festival about showing the film because of how long it is.
It is some nine minutes shorter than The Irishman.
The new film is based on David Grann’s best-selling book of the same name.
The Western crime drama tells the story of members of the oil-wealthy Osage Nation in 1920s Oklahoma and their murder.
It was referred to as the Reign of Terror.
The film will be released on AppleTV+ following a cinema release so at least you can pause for toilet breaks whenever you need.
