As per Ramales who makes his living by selling his clicked photographs, the model actor used his clicked photographs without his permission or paying him any sort of compensation.
Morrone used the photographs for her Instagram handle. The photographer said that he had his photos registered with the copyright office. He alleged that the model actor benefited from his work without paying him. Ramales sued the female celebrity seeking unspecified damages. Ramales made his statement accusing the female celebrity.
