Robert Dean is an American UFO scholar and retired Army Major who served at Supreme Allied European Command during the 1960s.
Dean claims to have seen a secret document called “Predictions” in 1964 while serving in Supreme Allied Command in Europe, which documented the possibility of “aliens” posing a threat. military for the Allies, and all this began in 1963.

Alien intelligence and UFO secret documents
In 1963, Dean was assigned to the SHOC Military Division at the Supreme Command Operations Center. He said he has “intelligence analysis capabilities” with the certification level of the top secret of the universe. At that time SHOC was headed by Liman Remnidze. Dean was a member of the command team of the Supreme Allied Commander in Europe during that time, and it was at this point that he became interested in mysterious UFOs.
One night, while on a mission, Dean finds a report called “Predictions”. The content is an assessment of the possible military threat to the European allies, which addresses the existence of intelligent extraterrestrial life and UFOs, including a meeting between NATO and ET surprises Dean.
This report has the highest level of confidentiality, and because Dean holds a security certificate called a “Space Top Secret Certificate,” he has access to this document.
Dean said at the time that they were focused on the competition with the Soviet Union, but that there were frequent problems with large round metal objects appearing all over Central Europe. Pilots at the time reported the presence of these unidentified objects and detected them by radar. They discovered that some UFOs would fly in formation, and most appeared to come from the Soviet Union, passing through East Germany, West Germany, France, etc., before diverting across the strait somewhere, and then disappearing. off NATO radar in the Norwegian Sea. These UFOs are very large, move very quickly and can fly to places higher and farther than human aircraft.

50 UFOs appeared at the same time
In February 1961, up to 50 UFOs appeared on the radar, they flew from the Soviet Union to the United States, Europe and other places, at a position of nearly 3,000m. But the Soviet Union at that time was closing the border, making people think that “war” had begun. The fear of war was over at that point, but fortunately neither side opened fire in the end, and the unidentified objects disappeared after 9 minutes, which is when Dean made the most UFO observations. .
The appearance of the UFOs caused the two sides to establish direct contact and both sides determined that the UFO did not belong to the other. So mutual understanding was reached, and a hotline was established between SHOC Command and Q.-G, and everyone was on the right track because of UFOs.
Later, at night the head of the SHOC pulled out an important document from the insurance vault for Dean to see. The document is titled “Assessment of Possible Military Threats to Allied Forces in Europe”, it is numbered “3” and marked as “Top Secret in the Universe”. “,
The content includes attachments 20cm thick, up to 30 photos and signed by German Colonel Heinz Berger. These documents, contributed by famous pilots and scientists, funded by NATO funds, were released in only 15 documents, in English, German and French. Each document is numbered, plus analysis includes physics, chemistry and records from biology, history, psychology, theology, etc. It makes Dean think this is not science fiction .
Dean after retirement, settled in Tucson, Arizona in 1976 and became a board member of the Aerial Phenomenology Research Foundation, and a member of the advisory board of the Institute for Interstellar Politics, then passed away on October 11, 2018 at the age of 89.
