Scarlett says Colin is “very optimistic, easygoing, funny, and nice.”

In a recent interview with Parade Magazine, Black Widow actress Scarlett Johansson opened up about her life.  She spoke of all the roles she didn’t get, and elaborated about her now fiance, Colin Jost who is a Saturday Night Live head writer and co-anchor of Weekend Update. 

Johansson appeared more than excited to share her feelings on Jost. In fact, the two met in 2010 on one of her hosting stints, and from then on, it was love at first sight for her.

What You See Is What You Get

“What you see is what you get with him.” The 35-year-old actress said about Jost. She also mentioned that Colin is ‘very optimistic, easygoing, funny, and nice’, the qualities which every girl looks for in a man.  She says this is what drew her to him.

Their love story was just like any other. At first, they were just friends but they started dating soon after.

“It’s funny to have a long-term shared experience with someone and then the relationship changes,” She said.

Two years later, Jost proposed to Johansson with an 11-carat diamond ring and that was the beginning of a new phase in their life.

When Will Be The Wedding, Scarlett?

However, when it came to wedding plans and whether she will walk down the aisle soon or not, the Lucy star didn’t have anything to say.

Whether she has concrete wedding plans or not, we are in love with this couple. It is evident that Johansson wouldn’t have time to think about a wedding at the moment as she is busy promoting her upcoming solo film Black Widow with co-stars David Harbour, Rachel Weisz, and Florence Pugh. It is dated to be released on November 6, 2020.
