Mauricio Pochettino to Chelsea has been the worst kept secret of the last few weeks.
All publications with their reports have been speaking like he was already the Chelsea manager, reporting plans he has with the club and various other things, as if he was already in the biulding.
We all know that it’s happening, and now, a top Argentinian source has claimed that Pochettino IS the new Chelsea manager now after a final agreement was reached.
Cesar Luis Merlo of TyC Sports says Pochettino has accepted Chelsea’s final offer and the lawyers are already exchanging documents. He will sign a contract until June 2026 and will take over next season, once Frank Lampard’s caretaker role ends.
All other outlets are also pretty much reporting the same as above now, and it just seems it is about when the announcement will be made officially.
Chelsea have their next new manager, let’s hope this one lasts longer than the last two!!
