He’s been called the ‘world’s best trainer’ by Thor actor Chris Hemsworth.
And now Luke Zocchi, who has trained the Men In Black actor for six years, has revealed that it’s possible for the everyday person to look as ripped as Chris, 35.
Luke revealed that budding fitness enthusiasts don’t need to worry about buying expensive organic food or the gruelling workouts, and has released his own book with his tips and tricks.

‘Celebrities can do whatever they need to make it work but I tried to bring it back to a more realistic approach, to create something that normal people can stick to,’ Luke told BW magazine.
Not everyone has a private chef or the time to come up with crazy diet plans so I tried to create meals that are healthy but also easy.’
Luke has compiled his diet tips and fitness plan into a book called The A-list Diet & Fitness Plan, which consists of a 12-week plan, and is a stripped-back version of the celebrity regime that is more realistic and affordable.

The 34-year-old says he realises Australians can’t buy expensive organic produce or workout five days a week.
Luke’s high profile clients such as Chris and Cate Blanchett, are able to workout for an hour each morning.
The celebrity trainer, who sometimes only has three months to prepare Chris for a role, said he believes this workout plan is suitable for people of all ages and gender and encourages a 20 minute workout.

While Luke says the book can help lead to a healthier you, looking like Chris is a little harder to attain.
He joked to the publication: ‘You need to be six-foot tall, blue-eyed and extremely good-looking. The height and the looks I can’t guarantee.’

Luke told Today Extra in March that despite Chris’ buff body, he is not that motivated to work out.
‘If I tell him to do something, he won’t do it,’ Luke said.
‘But if I’m in the gym with him, then that competitive nature comes out and then he’ll do it bigger and better than me.’
Luke later confessed that it was all a mind game, and added: ‘He may be bigger and stronger, but I’m smarter.’
