Because of her iconic status, Jennie was invited to attend the famous Met Gala, an annual event taking place at New York Metropolitan Museum. One of the biggest nights in fashion, the annual event hosts hundreds of celebrities who dress to fit the theme of the evening.
This year’s theme was “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line Of Beauty,” in tribute to the late designer who headed Fendi and Chanel.

This was cemented even further by her outfit, a redesign of a vintage dress made by Lagerfeld himself.
In 1990, the Fall/Winter Ready To Wear collection hit the runway and presented many stunning looks. One of the standouts from the collection was Look 164 worn by Dutch model Marpessa Hennink. Hennick was accessorized with large earrings, something extremely fashionable at the time and a black headband and choker.
