Dwayne Johnson is unquestionably among the most influential celebrities around the world. He’s a successful Hollywood star who also had an illustrious pro wrestling career with WWE. According to a recent report, his net worth is estimated to be $800 Million.
However, The Rock‘s stardom and reputation can be in danger as a former WWE star has filed a conspiracy lawsuit against The People’s Champion. Not only Dwyane Johnson, but the names of famous WWE superstars such as The Miz, Nikki Bella, Maryse, and Mick Foley are also present in the lawsuit.
Why did former WWE star sue Dwayne Johnson?
Former WWE developmental superstar, Trenesha Biggers filed a lawsuit before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, last October. The suit claimed a conspiracy theory against her ongoing criminal cases in Texas.

The former TNA star stated the names of the State of Texas, The El Paso Child Protective Services, the FBI, The Las Cruces, New Mexico Police Department, The NYPD, The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, New York ACS, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc as the defendants.
She later added Shirley Police Department, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and Suffolk County NY as defendants in addition to the names of famous WWE superstars such as Dwayne Johnson, The Miz, Nikki Bella, Maryse, Heath Miller, and Mark Jindrak.
Furthermore, she also listed Panda Energy, Home Depot, FCW, NWA, NWA President Billy Corgan, Deep South Wrestling, Mick Foley, Jim Cornette, and even Michael Jordan and others.
Biggers has claimed in the lawsuit that the listed defendants conspired to kidnap the plaintiff and her children. However, no action is yet taken against anyone because the lawsuit has been stagnant.
However, in February, Biggers portrayed her intention of moving forward with the lawsuit by pre-paying any court fees. Furthermore, the 48-page lawsuit claims that Biggers seeks $3 billion in damages. It’s stated that most of the lawsuit is a list of names of the defendants.
Who is Trenesha “Rhaka Khan” Biggers?
Trenesha Biggers is a former American model and professional wrestler. In 2005-06, she was a part of the WWE Diva Search but she got eliminated from the ‘talent competition’ during the top 25. Furthermore, WWE signed her under a developmental contract where she was assigned to Deep South Wrestling.
However, she was released from the company in May 2006. After a couple of days in the independent circuit, she joined TNA, where she rose to fame with the moniker of ‘Rhaka Khan’. After a successful time at Total Nonstop Action, she became a part of Lucha Libre USA until 2011.
During her time in TNA, she allegedly dated Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle. However, in 2009, she obtained a Restraining order against Angle. The PFA order then was withdrawn by Biggers. In 2019, she was also moved to the most wanted list of the El Paso Police Department on a charge of interference with child custody.
Later, an arrest warrant was issued against Biggers after she missed several arraignments. Finally, in December 2022, she arraigned and filed a case against various defendants.
