Cardi B appeared to bloom from her dress as she hit the 65th Grammy Awards’ red carpet in Los Angeles on Sunday.
The 30-year-old Grammy winner, who attended Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party on Saturday, wore a vibrant blue dress with big fabric popping off her chest that looked like the petals of a flower peeling back.
Part of the fabric wave covered her face, slightly obscuring her right eye and one of her huge diamond earrings.
The dress was slit near the WAP singer’s right hip, and her train collected in a pool of blue at her feet.
Her ample chest poked out above the fascinating fabric as she struck several power poses alongside her husband, 31.
Modern art or a dress? Cardi B appeared to bloom from her dress as she hit the 65th Grammy Awards red carpet in Los Angeles on Sunday
The former Migos rapper donned an all white suit with black lapels and several pearl necklaces wrapped around his throat.
Underneath her veil, Cardi modeled an elegant makeup look created by beauty pro Erika La’Pearl for Pat McGrath Labs.
To perfect Cardi’s complexion for the red carpet, Erika used the brand’s Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Foundation, Concealer, and Setting Powder, before accentuating the rapper’s eyes with the PermaGel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil and the FetishEyes Mascara.
The look was then topped off with the Perma Gel Ultra Lip Pencil and the SatinAllure Lipstick.
The couple’s appearance out came on the same day Cardi shared more glamour shots in the outfit she wore to the pre-Grammy party.
She wore a sleeveless brown dress to the event with sheer black material running up her sides.
Cardi accessorized with a thick choker and gloves that perfectly matched her ensemble.
Though they are enjoying a weekend full of Grammy focused events, neither of the stars is nominated for an award this year. Cardi will be a presenter while Offset will watch as his former collaborator Takeoff pays tribute to their late Migos group member, Quavo.
Beyonce leads the nominees with a whopping nine nods, while Kendrick Lamar, Adele, and Harry Styles follow close behind with numerous nominations each.
A slew of huge names will also be hitting the stage, with Harry Styles, Jay-Z, Stevie Wonder, Bad Bunny, Mary J. Blige, Brandi Carlile, Luke Combs, Lizzo, Kim Petras and Sam Smith all set to perform during the ceremony.
