In a “Ask Me Anything” session on Reddit, Reeves was promoting his new movie John Wick: Chapter 4. When asked about regrets regarding any missed opportunity or a role that he wanted to play, Keanu Reeves disclosed his underlying desire to play the character of Wolverine.

Keanu Reeves recently opened up on his acting career during a Reddit “Ask Me Anything” session, saying that he had always wanted to portray the role of Wolverine from the X-Men. When asked if he had ever regretted declining a part, Reeves first responded in the negative; nevertheless, he subsequently acknowledged that portraying Wolverine was a squandered chance.
“Has there ever been a role in your career that you regret turning down?”

“No…but I did always want to play Wolverine,”
Reeves admitted.
